    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Let me first thank Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo for bringing this very important Motion for Adjournment. Homa Bay County, which I represent in this National Assembly, borders Migori Country on which Migingo falls. In fact, at the end of Homa Bay County are the islands of Remba and Ringiti, which are very near Migingo. Migingo presents very serious questions of international law, citizenship and regional integration."
