One was directed to the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations and another one to the Committee on Land and Natural Resources. I have communicated to the Vice Chairperson of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations. Although the statement is not listed here, she is ready to deliver it. So, it is not just by listing it that means that---. Yes it is a tradition but for a statement to be listed, a copy must have been submitted to the Speaker. Therefore, the chairperson could have reported to the Speaker in advance that he is not ready with the report and that could have been deliberated here openly."
