Madam Temporary Speaker, I would also want to know what exactly happens to the people holding these parties. In the recent crackdown in Phenom Estate in Lang’ata, such a party was being hosted by a lady who is the wife of a general in Southern Sudan. She was released without conditions in terms of responsibility. Adults aiding this must bear the consequences. There must be thorough punishment for the same so that whenever you do it, you know where to stop. If you are holding a normal children’s party, you know what it entails and that it should not include cigarettes, bang and free sex for all. It must be very clear that the responsibility is vested on the adults aiding this. Thank you."
