CONSTRUCTION OF BADASA DAM IN MARSABIT COUNTY Pursuant to the Standing Order No.45(2)(b), I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Land and Natural Resources regarding the construction of Badasa Dam in Marsabit County. In the Statement, the Chairperson should state:- (1) Whether the Government is aware that the project has stalled. (2) The circumstances that led to the stalling of the construction works.
