    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, pursuant to the Standing Order No.45(2)(b), I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget regarding the allocation of Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to Marsabit County. In the Statement, the Chairperson should state who the CDF Committee members for each constituency are and how much CDF funds were allocated to Marsabit County from the Financial Year 2013/2014 to date, the approved work plan for the CDF projects for the Financial Year 2013/2014 and the status of implementation of the CDF projects per constituency for the Financial Year 2013/2014 to date."
