    "content": "I encourage the staff to be keen. They should always come here with their colleagues in the executive to understand how things are supposed to be done. There is no law preventing workers in the county executive from coming to benchmark and learn from us. Whenever they are generating some of the Bills to bring to the county assemblies, they can be well guided. I wish them well as they go back to their counties to continue serving their MCAs. We will hold them personally responsible where money will be misappropriated. I am sure we will be visiting their counties to see how they conduct themselves. We mostly interact with them through the County Public Accounts and Investments Committee."
