    "content": "I hope that the clerks and staff of the county assemblies will understand that they have a greater role of ensuring that the MCAs understand their job and mandate and execute it to the satisfaction of our citizens in the counties. I encourage many other county assemblies to send their staff so that they can interact with our Senate staff, learn and take that experience back home. I, therefore, thank the three county assemblies for sending their staff. This should be emulated by other counties to ensure devolution works."
