    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, let me welcome and congratulate the members of staff and the three county assemblies who came here to learn from the Senate. The Senate is the “Upper House”. The Senate has the same role as the county assemblies. Actually, they are twins. They have to work hand-in-hand. Those who recognize the “Upper House” and learn more from the Senate are encouraged to keep it up. All other counties should join us as we work to save Kenyans whose resources are being looted by county executives who are greedy for money."
