You and I are aware that the usual practice of this House or Parliament is that when you seek for a statement before it is issued on the Floor, they should furnish me with a copy so that I can familiarize myself with it so that I can be competent enough to interrogate it. I want to confirm to you that I have not received a copy of the response that the Chairman wants to read. Therefore, it is going to be very difficult for me to interrogate the response yet this is a very sensitive issue."
