    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. I am quite satisfied with the ruling from the Chair but Statements when sought are not property between the Chair of the Committee and the person who requested the Statement. It becomes the property of the House. There are sub-statements which are very important in which the entire House has an interest. Whereas the person who requested the statement may be given a copy of the response to interrogate it, for the purposes of the rest of the House, for us to have an intervention that is effective, it is important that the response is circulated to Members. I know you have already made your ruling but this is a matter that touches on all the counties. For that matter, it is important that the Clerk’s office should circulate it to the rest of the Members."
