"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I undertake to answer in two weeks’ time after we come from recess. It is also important for Members to note that it is not the Ministry of Education which is charged with the responsibility of installing fire extinguishers. I believe that should be the responsibility of the Ministry of Devolution and Planning. This is because it is not only schools that are gutted by fire, but also shopping centres, villages and vehicles. Therefore, we should not blame it all on the Ministry of Education."
