"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. So that I do not run the risk of raising this point of order too late in the contribution by Sen. Murkomen, in your view, do you think it is still necessary for me to produce the affidavit now that Sen. Murkomen has confirmed knowledge of the same and that he has no objection to what I have said? Would it not be nice and befitting for you to vacate that directive because you will be making a directive in vain yet Parliament does not speak in vain? May I also clarify to Sen. Murkomen that I was not imputing an improper motive on him. If I had wanted to do so, I would have moved a substantive Motion. I was merely responding to the correct challenge under the Standing Orders by the Senator for Homa Bay County. I believe that the discourse has been fairly factual and intellectually guided."
