    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also stand to support the Petition. I know that we have NYS camps in Bura and Balambala. It is only prudent that we use the human resource and the capital that we have to ensure that communities do not suffer. I am sure that if that area is unblocked, we will have a better economy and a better way of life for the community. So, I stand to support and urge the NYS Director to act with speed because we have people on the ground who can do that work. Thank you."
