    "content": "THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.49(2)(a), this House resolves to rescind its decision of Tuesday, 16th February, 2016 (Afternoon Sitting) regarding the appointment of Members to the Budget and Appropriations Committee. This Motion is based on the decision of this House, through a resolution, on appointment of Members to the Budget and Appropriations Committee. I urge hon. Members to be a little bit patient. There will be time for us to give reasons for that decision. Hon. Members will also be able ventilate on the Motion. I am just giving notice of the Motion. This is not the time for debate. Hon. Speaker, the next Notice of Motion is on the reconstitution of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. I am giving the notice on behalf of the Chairperson of the Committee on Selection."
