    "content": "The Committee further scheduled meetings to discuss the Legislative Proposal on 1st, 2nd and 8th March 2016, but the meetings did not take-off as planned. On 1st March, 2016, the Cabinet Secretary for Labour, Social Security and Services was scheduled to appear before the Committee to respond to questions submitted by Members of Parliament in line with Article 113(3) of the Constitution. On 3rd March, 2016, the Committee lacked quorum to consider the Legislative Proposal, but even the sponsor of the Bill did not appear. On 8th March, 2016, the sponsor of the Bill did not turn up for the meeting."
