    "content": "Hon. Speaker, renewable energy is very important because it can be tapped for a long time without getting exhausted. It is the case with natural resources such as oil. Clause 73 of the Bill has an important proposal. It reads:- “The Cabinet Secretary shall, within twelve months of coming into force of this Act, commence a countrywide survey and a resource assessment of all renewable energy resources.”"
