    "content": "With this Bill, we will have proper organisation in both the mainstream and downstream petroleum exploration. I do not see the National Oil Corporation here. Maybe, it has been absorbed. When the Bill goes into the Committee of the whole House, we will see the role of the National Oil Corporation because I have not seen it listed among the four entities that have been proposed to be established here."
