    "content": "The Bill has come at the right time. It is one of the Bills with a constitutional timeline. We are trying to align our laws with the Constitution so that energy is properly exploited, especially in the northern part of this country, which is very well endowed with oil resources. We would like those things to be managed properly. The Bill provides how that will be managed. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
