    "content": "As I said earlier, renewable energy has now been assigned to the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation, but its Chairman is not included in the Advisory Committee. This Bill falls short of mentioning that. It should be inserted during the Committee of the whole House. That is my contribution. Thank you so much."
