    "content": "I support the Bill because it has come at the right time as far as the issue of energy is concerned. Because of time and the weighty issues that I would like to raise, I will concentrate on Clause 197 through to Article 204. During the Committee of the whole House, we will move amendments but we might not be able to address all the issues there. One thing that I am very much interested in is power to develop energy infrastructure in any land."
