    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I wish to make my remarks regarding this Bill. It is a rather ambitious Bill because it seeks to consolidate many provisions within our critical sector of the economy. Energy is a key concern across the world because it has a lot of impact in terms of development of a country. If you have enough energy resources, then it means you can process many other resources so as to industrialise, commercialise and ensure you are dealing with the deficiencies and problems that affect your people and, therefore, removing them from poverty."
