    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for giving information about the cycles. It shows that, at least, the Government gives out medicine to the facilities in the districts. However, could he assure us that they have enough capacity to monitor this? I think the problem is having information in the head office on what they have done, but not having capacity to monitor what is actually going on down there. Could he assure us that the Ministry is getting realistic information about what is happening on the ground?"
