Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon, of visiting Members and staff from Kilifi, Nyamira and Vihiga county assemblies. The county assembly Members and staff are here on attachment with their counterpart committees and departments at the Senate.
