    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, as you have rightly observed, this matter has been outstanding for quite some time. The Statement was supposed to be issued about a month ago. The Senator for Kisii, who is a Member of that Committee came with a letter from the Cabinet Secretary, giving an undertaking that the Statement will be issued in two weeks’ time. I do not think this Committee is taking this matter seriously. I want to call upon the Chair to issue sanctions against this Committee for inefficiency."
