"content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. Arising from what Sen. Orengo has just said, I think it is important to draw the attention of the management of Parliament that things would be much easier if we went digital. If every Senator in this House had a tablet on the table, all these papers we are wasting money on would not be there. It would be very easy to circulate those statements to everybody so that we do not depend on this archaic method of circulation. This should be taken up seriously by the management of Parliament that for now and posterity, they should go digital where every Member of the House will have everything being discussed in front of them on a laptop or tablet."
