Page 3 of this Report provides a summary of pending bills as per the reports submitted by county treasurers. If it depends solely on county treasurers, I can state without any fear of contradiction that this does not properly reflect the figures of pending bills of counties. It very much depends on the honesty of the county treasurers. I cannot say that all of them were born in heaven. So, the figures that are here are not accurate.
