I agree with you that there is no relationship between what he has with what I raised. Should there be corruption in any sector, whether the energy or agriculture sector, we must always condemn it. The only compliment from Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale should be to the extent that other institutions of Government must not condone this kind of corruption that I am talking about even in the fisheries sector. There is a culture around the people who say that the Jubilee Government is corrupt.
