    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also want to welcome the Senator for Kericho. I would like to thank the young people because they have proved to us that they can overcome all the odds and ensure one of their own is elected. The 2017 General Election will see a change in this country. Sen. Cheruiyot has paved a way for the youth. I hope many young people will join politics and declare their candidature. The election of Sen. Cheruiyot to this House is a clear proof that in politics, you do not need a lot of money to win; all that you need is the support of your people. Over 70 per cent of our population is made up of the youth. The youth will change this country for the better. I also want to address the women of this country.
