    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I thank Sen. Gwendo for bringing up this particular matter. Sometimes, I get the feeling that we do not get or understand the youth. All of us were youth at some point in our lives. In the villages of Homa Bay where I come from, during my childhood days, we used to have things called “disco matangas”. These were dances that were organized after the burial of anyone in the village who was prominent. Sometimes, we used to do some things that bordered on the immoral, at that point in time but it was not as bad as it is today. Our definition of morality seems to be shifting and changing with time.
