    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I seriously feel that this issue needs to be discussed by the whole country. The religious groups must take it up also. Quite a number of Kenyans subscribe to one religion or the other. On the other hand, we have those who subscribe to tradition. We fully know that we are supposed to take care of our children and at a particular point when a girl tells you that she needs to get married, it is at the right age. The religious groups are important because at adolescent, youngsters do not necessarily want to be with their parents but the pastors can talk to them. At that age, it would be important if they are taught good morals and a follow up is made. As leaders, we should also not shy away from talking about it. Sen. Wangari said that there is a club for young people where they are taught not to lose their virginity, for instance, and to also create a good relationship with them.
