Kerrow Billow, the Chairman of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget, we were lied to that we could have a situation where the programme is going to accommodate Senators and all actors in matters of devolution. While in Kisumu, I suspected that it was not going to go that way because having interacted with the governors, I know their ego is bigger than this country. I realised that the conference was about massaging the ego of governors and lying to each other. The conference lacked a clear objective. They knew that if you give a person like Sen.
