I urge the Chairperson of the Committee on Devolved Government to be careful so that the Chair of CoGs does not demean this House. He must have the spirit of his predecessor, Sen. Murkomen, if he wants to succeed in this. If he is not careful with the current Chair of CoGs, Governor Peter Munya, he may end up travelling to Meru to meet Governor Peter Munya and discuss the conference alone."
