    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, while the Chairperson is really lobbying for the Ministry to get more resources, I do not understand why the Ministry has not taken the initiative of mobilising business men and women who would wish to help in the crocodile industry. They have had a lot of challenges especially in Tana River, where a businesswoman wishes to take wildlife crocodiles and then give incentives back to the community. The same Ministry has ignored her letters and denied her to do the business. While they look for incentives, they are also leaving out good incentives. They would have worked together with communities to ensure that they have the monies to compensate the affected people."
