"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am not riding on the same, but I am rising in regard to Statement No.(a). We expected that this statement would be issued today because it was on the Order Paper yesterday. The Chairperson was here, ready with the answer, but we requested for time to interrogate the written reply and that it be issued today. The Chairperson has been here and immediately we came to the Order of Statements, he disappeared. This was very deliberate and in contempt of this House. He should be reprimanded or some sanctions be taken against him because he is taking the House for a ride."
