He got overawed by the presence of a person young enough to be his son. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, this Motion is designed to get the CPAIC back to the rails to do its work. I salute the outgoing CPAIC under the stewardship of Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale, the distinguished Senator for Kakamega, for putting the oversight activity and role of the Senate firmly on the national map.
