    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Office of the President is the highest office in the land. I have to give hope that once we get money, we will have to give these vehicles. Right now, there is good progress. The Treasury has come up with an arrangement where they want to acquire 3,500 vehicles though leasing. I promise this House that we are going to fast track acquisition of vehicles. Once they sign the leasing agreement, we will get the vehicles we require."
