The option that you have is that in another setting, you can raise it in the plenary and it will be disposed of. I will not, at this point, be able to change a decision that was made earlier in the main plenary. I think Members have had opportunity to look at this in depth. You can make a decision one way or the other. If you really think this is something you want to negate, it is up to you. If you want to pass it, it is up to the membership. Hon.
