    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support this amendment. I can read the mood of the Members on the other side. It is wrong to come up with a law which will not be implemented. It is true that injured people have to be given emergency treatment, but somebody must be paid for providing that treatment. Tomorrow, emergency care providers will change the rules to say that they were unable to treat somebody because of certain reasons, but in the real sense, it is about money. It is good for us to state that money should be provided by the State. We can then force emergency service providers to deal with any emergency case because they know that they will be compensated for the treatment. I encourage Members who are opposing this amendment to support it if their interest is emergency treatment for our patients."
