Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 17 of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph - “(a) be the technical advisor to the Government on all matters relating to health within the health sector”. (b) by deleting paragraph (j) and substituting therefor the following paragraph - “(j) provide guidelines for registration, licensing, certification and gazettement of all health facilities”;"
