Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 20 of the Bill be amended — (a) in the opening statement by inserting the words “and in consultation through the established inter-governmental relations mechanisms” immediately after the word “Constitution” . (a) by deleting paragraph (1) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph - “(l) making due provision and develop criteria to compensate health care facilities for debts arising through failure to secure payment for bills for non-payment of treatment of indigent users\"."
