When a question is asked, it is the duty of the Minister or Assistant Minister to become aware of all the facts within their docket. It is very clear from the court order here that the when the airport is closed, the authority in charge is the Directorate of Civil Aviation. Is it, therefore, in order for the Assistant Minister to claim that they are unconcerned even when the court has closed the facility but it is still in use? Which other Government authority is supposed to supervise airstrips?"
