    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 29 of the Bill be deleted and replaced by the following new clause- Powers of the 29. The Board shall have all powers necessary for the proper Authority. performance of its functions under this Act and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, shall have power to― (a) control, supervise and administer the assets of the Authority in such manner and for such purpose as best promotes the purpose for which the Authority is established; (b) determine the provisions to be made for capital and recurrent expenditure and for the reserves of the Authority; (c) receive any grants, gifts, donations or endowments The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
