Members, we are at liberty to attend these Committees, to propose our amendments and consult with the Committees. So, as much as we want to make laws and we are making laws not for the sake of it, unless something has been left out that can be accepted as an amendment--- You should also give it to the Chair who can take it and move her amendments with your contributions.
