Further to the Committee amendments, I propose that Clause 54(c) be amended by inserting the words “including affordable healthcare and last expense” in (c) and inserting “f” after the words “contemplated under this Act (f) which says “ensure that cost of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical supplies correspond to Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) market prices.”"
