    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I rise to oppose this amendment. Hon. Pukose is my friend and I plead with him. We will use the Floor of this House to degazette forest land, but 15 months to an election, any amendment to this issue of forest land may have bad effects. We are already seeing clashes all over the country. We ought to be a bit cautions. We have to be fair to Hon. Pukose. We should work with him to get a solution. However, to bring before this House an amendment meant to degazette forest land would be a serious thing. It requires discussion. The biggest thing is that it sets a very wrong precedent. I do not think it has ever happened. I plead with him to withdraw it, so that we can reconsider. Otherwise, I oppose the amendment."
