    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support this Long Title, but it is important that we note one or two things. At times, people are required to quote some Acts of Parliament as they explain and describe things. When we have such a Long Title, it becomes very tricky to make reference to the Act. In future, it is important to think about what we learnt in Form Four on the rules of summarizing, so that we can come up with key words which will still capture the essence of the Act, but not a paragraph. This is more of a paragraph than a title. We need to come up with shorter titles in future for purposes of making quick references."
