I urge my colleague and friend that, at least, there has been some time for consultations including when we were doing the caucus with pastoralists. There has been a lot of consultations. Let them allow the House to proceed in the manner that it is at the moment. Where they feel they need to do any additions, we can afford to put them on board as we move ahead."
