Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 of the Bill be amended− (a) in subsection (1), by deleting the words “vest in “ and substituting therefor the words “be owned by”; (b) in subsection (2), by inserting the word “community” immediately after the words “the use of”; and (c) in subsection (3), by deleting the words “vest in” and substituting therefor the words “be owned by”."
