    "content": "Yes, I am seconding and giving grounds. This particular Bill says that land, by the enactment of this Bill, becomes mine. This is not right and is not what is intended. Grabbed land must be surrendered back to the communities that own it or the national Government, if need be, so that it can be redefined as community land again. There are a number of clauses which I can point out. That will mean that the noble thing for the Committee to do is to call stakeholders."
