If he says the report is interim because investigations have to be time-bound, when does he expect these investigations to be complete? Is he lacking capacity or competency within the force? This is an issue where hon. Members should not be held under a cloud and also Kenyans who are crying about the menace should not stay without knowing the real outcome of these investigations."
